Yes I do trim Shae's nails myself. There is a dog nail clipper you can get at wal marts that is easy to use. When Shae goes to sleep I cut her nails. You just have to be sure not to cut to much. As there is a vein that is in there nail and you can see it blueish color in the nail..Don't cut down that far or it will bleed. Good luck.
