Our Boston doesn't even seem to notice we cut her nails. She lays on her back and just kinda waits for us to be done. It's been like that since the first time and we didn't do any of the prep stuff like getting her used to having her feet touched or anything. My pug on the other hand I socialized like crazy and he just won't have it. Before I met my fiance, I had resorted to taking him to the vet (after an episode with long deep scratches down my neck). Now, together we can hold him down enough to cut his nails. Hopefully, watching Domino behave so well will rub off on him. I'm hoping anyway.
