jesu .... what a sad story. i have no experience with neck trauma in dogs but is it in the discs? or in the muscles? or mayby in the nerves? it could be so many things! i am a nurse and know that many diffrent causes can be treated with medicine. i know that here in holland if you can't afford the bill that you can make small payments at a time. is that possible there? what causes the pain attacks? is it herreditory? then you might be able to contact the breeder. i'd do that anyway. if it's a repitable breeder he will want tot know the details and might help with the finances. also a tip never use a choke chain or a leather collar on a dog. i only use a breast harness that leaves the neck free. i don't know if you used that but it might help in the near future! keep us posted. i hope you can use the info
