Have you taken him to the Vet yet?

What do you feed him?

Did this begin shortly after a vaccination?

Do you use regular laundry soap? or other cleaning chemials in your home and on his bedding?

The ointment its self could be making it worse depending on what is in. So could any sprays you may use.

Stop, take a breath, think back to when it began and what was going on around him or where he had been at that time.

Look at the ingredients in his diet, etc.
