I am so sorry to hear of your dogs devestating death!
Did you inform the dog's breeder of the seizures?
Seizures can be caused so many things it can be hard to find the cause. It has been proven though that a grains in the diet (dog food) are a big culprit. Many dogs that begin to have seizures, are then taken off their food with grains in it stop seizing and never have another.
Some dogs that are over vaccinated (more then once every three to 7 years) begin to have seizures. (heavy metals and other toxins in the vaccines build up in the body).
Some dogs have the same thing happen after years of topical flea/tick repellants used on them.
Some dogs develop brain tumors (many of which are heiridtary)
Without a diet change, hair analysis checking for heavy metals, CAT scans or even an autopsy, it is pretty impossible to pin point what caused the seizures in your beloved baby. :-(
