Also, you may want to take him to a dog training class. Check with your local Humane Society or SPCA to see if they offer any classes. I took my Rocco to one when he was a puppy and it was really helpful. I think I paid like 20 bucks for a 3 session class. Plus, if you adopted him they may not charge you. I hope this helps!
