I agree try the crate Its a biiiiig help. I have a pooper too. Mine likes to eat it though. Make sure he gets plenty of potty breaks. Dont leave him in the crate too long. Dont over feed. Keep the crate in an area where he can see you guys, when your home. Mine is not crazy about the crate but is getting used to it. Hardly fusses anymore.
