Mitsy has been with us for two days now. We introduced her to Seneca, our cat yesterday. It was...interesting. Seneca was actually OK, he didn't hiss or run away, but she tried to bite/nip him.

Any advice to help this go better would be great!

I have the answer to this one:

Time and Supervision

We tried the introduction again at a time of the day when Mitsy was more relaxed. Went much better. They sniffed each other for awhile...and now are OK with inhabiting the same room. They mostly stay out of each other's way.

Hi

We have two cats and it took a bit of time for Koda and them to get used to each other. Koda and my oldest cat still have a somewhat uneasy friendship but koda and my youngest cat love each other. It's funny to watch them, they wash each other and love to snuggle up together, when my cat comes in he goes straight to Koda and they lick each other.
I have to say though that my oldest cat looks at the two of them with great distain....LOL

:D
