it's pretty difficult to give a solution. first ofall i haven't seen the do.g and i have to take your word for the interputation of the behavior of your dog. so here goes.
you say it's a dominant dog. how do you know this? which behavior do you see?
then you say that he has come to live with you with the other dog. how is their behavior together?
he's neuterd but for how long. is the other dog also neuterd? has he had any more problems because neutering can cause incontinence.
you say he marks the home. what do you see. does he chose particular spots or does he do it randomly? does he pee against something or just on the floor.
your question is how can i teach him to hold it. but if he is marking his territory then it's not a case of being incontinent. you can't teach then to tell you when he needs to go because marking territory doesn't have anything to do with needing to go potty.
so you'll need to give much more information before i can give sollutions.....
