Default Boston Aggression

Hey Everyone! I'm new to this board but Im desperate to find a solution to helping my BT Mila who is now 6. She is seriously dog aggressive with all other dogs but our weenie dog Frankie (2) who she just loves. We tried to get a lab puppy and she promptly bit his ear off in a fight (he was about 9 weeks old then) we ended up having to find him a new home so she wouldn't hurt him again. She is so loving to Frankie and my husband and I and any humans and even cats! Also she attacks out of no where without warning it appears to be unprovoked aggression. But for the life of me I dont know how to help her so we can extend our furry family.

We would to get 2 German shepherds as we have the space and time but with her issues Im not sure it is the best idea. I don't want any other dogs to suffer and I also do want to play separation all the time between the dogs. Any advice? Does anyone have some suggestions maybe you have successfully gone through the rehab process for this behavior thanks in advance!
