Hello,

We just got a 2 yr old BT, we come by him in sort of a rescue situation, he's super loving and really calm, especially since we got about 75 fleas off him, we can tell he was beating and not really loved.
He's great around us, sleeps in the bed and everything, but when we try to take him out he freaks around other people and dogs, wants to attack them.

I was thinking about doggy school, but I don't know how that will go considering I'm sure he will just freak out.

He tried to kill our friends dog last night, we're not sure if he just wants to play or wants to hurt, but we aren't willing to take that risk.

He's getting neutered in 10 days, (that's as soon as we could get it done) but we just don't know what else to do with him, we're really social people and we can't imagine not bring him out with us.....

Has anyone had this problem? and suggestions?

I would definitely recommend a trainer... He should calm down a bit after the neuter, but training is an investment that will be well worth it.
