When he poops on the floor pick up the poop, take him outside with the poop (or to the pad) put the poop down, and show him where the poop goes, Scold only where he pooped. Be nice when you put it where you want him to go. Still being angry will totally confuse him. You'll have to go through it all again when you switch to out side. Keep treats handy at all times and watch him carefully, when he does his business where he is supposed to, immediatly give him the treat with lots of good boy hugs and praise. Giving him the treat later will not register what the treat was for. Caution: this is only what I find works, no guarantie's, no money back!!! but let me know how this works
