Default Charging the cat

OK.. my sweet little Tugg charges the cat every time he sees her. She has basically been in the bedroom for a week and only comes out occasionally.. If I am sitting and Tugg is sitting with me, he is usually calm. but if I am doing something else he charges toward her and she jumps back over the baby gate into the bedroom. How can I make him stop charging at her?? My nerves are shot.
