Do you have any other dogs? I find my dogs sometimes will get little bumps on the lips/chins if they have too much fun playing bitey face. I've seen it occasionally when they don't play, but it has never become a problem. I think they sometimes get pimples like humans. Sometimes I will just put some neosporin or antibiotic ointment on it and it clears right up.

Good luck, let us know what the vet says!

Are they outside his mouth or inside? I saw what looked like a zit on the outside of my dog's mouth over Christmas, on the fur part, and when I poked at it, sure enough, it was a zit. I laughed at that, my dog gets zits! At the time she was just shy of hitting 5 months. And has been none worse for wear post, er, popping.

No other animals, but I looked around on google and I think your right. One of the post said to put a lil peroxide and it will disappear. it also mentioned about the plastic chew toys and bacteria. and he does chew on that side of the mouth with his favorite keys so i'm gonna try peroxide and washing his toys. Thanks for the input. will keep ya updated.

I was going to say plastic food bowls and toys can cause pimple like rashes around the mouth, so give all those things a good cleaning.
If it's the corner of the mouth and more like on the lips, try pulling the lip out a little and you will see little bump like things on the inside area of the lip, those sometimes get inflammed from chew on hard items, they get better in a couple days.
    Can you get a pic?

They are gone now and I didn't put anything on them lol. I was worried for nothing I guess, but now I'm gonna check daily to see what is causing this . I did however give his toys a good cleaning. Posting pics soon.
