We named our Boston Terrier Julie. It's really after a song, but I filled out a sheet thingie and now her official name is Julie of the Wolves. After the book, since I LOVE wolves! Anyway, the BT before Julie was also named after a song-- she was Lucy. Julie was named after the song 'Julia' by The Beatles. Lucy was named after the song 'Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds'.
Anyone have funny, cute or just interesting (eh, even boring is fine, I just want a response! lol) name stories? Do tell!

I got my little boy Boston a little over a year ago and named him Jack because I love the name! I'm picking up a little girl today (I decided he needs a friend) and i'm going to name her Jill... How cute is that??

Mine was already named Roger when he was given to me at age 4 months, didn't like it at first, but seeing that I'm a police/911 dispatcher "Roger" fits

Default Texas Daisy Dog of Huntsville
Old 04-21-2008, 11:21 PM   #8 (permalink)

When me and my Ex-wife were dating she had bought our Boston, and her mother was named Olive Oil and her Father was named Texas Sir, and So after trying out many different names we chose Texas Daisy. A three years roll by and my wife leaves me ( we are still friends just could not live under the same roof ) the Boston and the paper work to get everything changed over to my name. I noticed on the form that there was a place to change the name. I knew she was to old to make any large changes to her name, me and my ex had started calling her Daisy Dog. So when I filled out the paper work I figured I would see if I could fill in every blank on the name change form. I did!!! So her full Name on the paper work is Texas Daisy Dog of Huntsville.
