Hey all I'm *Not looking to buy right now but in a year and a half to two years I'm going to be looking for 2-3 top quaility BT puppies with paperwork/are registered and with full breeding rights I was wondering if anyone knows of such good breeders who are in or would ship into canada? I currently own one boston terrier she is part of my trio(labrador retereiver and jack russell terrier) my trio is "fixed". I want to breed quaility bostons in a small scale indoors when I have my own home in 1 1/2 -2 years from now. I have alot to learn about showing also...something I would be interested in if anyone could reccomend websites/books on showing that would be wonderful as well. Thank you

No reputable breeder is going to ship dogs to you with full breeding rights. Why would you want full breeding rights anyways? There are some good breeders in Canada that you could meet with and be educated on the show process. Look up shows with the Canadian Kennel Club with BT's and go from there. If you are going to breed, please make sure you are doing at the very least CERF, BAER, and OFA testing and getting your initial puppies from a breeder that does that too. BT's are notorious for health problems, so if you are going to breed to improve BT's, please focus on the health first, body shape second and colors third.

I agree with Rupert, I am a canadian breeder who will not sell with breeding rights, good luck on that one.
