Do you trim your Boston's nails yourself?

We use a PediPaws nail grinder. This works well and doesn't leave sharp edges. Buster tolerates it really well, although I usually hold him while my husband grinds the nails on his back feet. For some reason he gets squirmy when we cut those.
I have to say, I am a chicken about cutting his nails. My husband does great with it, though.
