Default Flatus Maximus

I was wondering if anyone else's Boston had gas issues? Our dog seems to have a never ending source of flatus... and it smells BAD. He's about 13-14 weeks old. We've tried two different types of food (Iams and Science Diet). He has gas with either one, but the Science Diet actually smells worse. Anyone have some suggestions?

Ozzy is about 6 months and his gas smells bad when it happens, but its rare when it does happen...he eats Nutro puppy and Pedigree Puppy soft food. I hope you can find the source of his bad gas lol.

ohhh the gas!! roguey is 9 mos now and he's been REALLY gasy lately. i don't know why. we feed him nutro puppy as well. it really started to become a problem when he sleept. i guess he is just more relaxed then. but now he does it all of the time!!! at first i thought it was a sign that he needed to go outside...

It's gotten better now. He doesn't let it fly as much anymore. I think it had something to do with switching foods. I think his body has gotten used to it now. Either that or it's just because he's getting older that his stomach can handle the food better. But anyway, it's getting better and less frequent which is good.

Thanks for the input.

Glad to hear you (and he) are getting some relief. Diet is almost always the culprit

Our girl Chloe seemed to do a lot better on a sensitive stomach formula dog food (science diet). It made a world of difference. We had a vet tell us once that bostons are prone to having sensitive tummys.............
