Also, not that it's really a concern for Bostons, but if you have longhaired dogs be careful no to get the hair caught in the dremel. It can wrap up in the hair and rip it out. To avoid this you can take a thin sock or pantyhose, put the dog's paw inside and push the nails through. This way the hair is out of the way.
