I can tell you from experience that the grain-free foods doesn't help with the gas problems, atleast as far as I can tell. Our BT was originally on Eagle Pack food and we have switched her many times and am currently using Wellness dry food with Wellness wet mixed which she loves but still has bad gas issues, although not as bad as before I must add. I would suggest putting some plain yogurt in your dog's food to help with the gas problem that seems to help the most, hope that helps.

California Natural is an improvement over all the others we've tried. I likewise don't think grain or the lack of it has anything to do with it.
