Big Grin Hello from Northern BC!!

Hi There,

My name is Kim and I work at the local SPCA. I was at work on my birthday (March 8) and fate finally stepped in. I lost my dog to cancer last year and have been longing for another dog, but I am by nature a "Pit Bull" type dog lover, and since I rent I couldn't have one...anyways... back to my birthday. We got a call saying someone needed to surrender their "small" dog. I was mad, because I had to stay late for this silly person to bring this dog in. When they arrived my anger turned into pure love. the "small" dog was a boston. I'd never seen one in real life before, and i knew right away I HAD to have him. Anyways, on my 22 birthday, Buddy stepped into my life, and its been pure joy ever since.

We know he is purebred, but his tattoo is basically unreadable and we think it is a vet tat not a breeder tat. He is about 2 years old MAX (by the way he acts we think he's just a baby) and is neutered. He is the love of my life and is currently living with my parents until we get our new apartment. I am trying to learn as much as I can about the breed before he comes home!!

Anyways here is my boy,

Buddy (his name might be changed when he finally comes back but i'm unsure LOL)...
I hope that was a good enough intro!!!! if not let me know

That is such a sweet story!! It's so funny how things happen!
My husband and I debated for a long time about getting a second boston, and we were unsure. Well, we got an email from a friend that her aunt had inherited a boston(in-laws had passed away), then decided she didn't want it and then tried to take it to the pound!!! Luckily they wouldn't accept him and I just knew we had to go rescue him!! So, we did, it was love a first sight and we took him home the night we met him! His name is Duke and he is pictured as my name.
Congratulations again!!
