Hi everyone!
Let's see, where to begin?. My name is Heather LeMay from New Orleans, LA. I stumbled across these boards quite some time ago and finally decided to stop lurking and post hello!.
I'm the 'co-owner' of a Boston
Terror named Kayti, a two year old obsessed with fetch and the water hose. She was my first dog, until I was hospitalized for an extended period of her puppyhood. During that time she took to my Mother, originally a cat person. The two are inseparable now. Thankfully we live together, so I get to enjoy her antics every day. Whew she's a handful!. Hyper, but a clown at heart.
Here she is!.
Unfortunately, she's just recently discovered Werther's candies -- thanks to my grandmother. She will sit, whine and howl for hours at so much as a mention of the name. I know sugar is absolutely terrible for dogs, but that doesn't stop my grandmother from sneaking them.. sigh.
This here is Kiba, my Pembroke Welsh Corgi. He's mine through and through, because I knew I could never part my Mom and Kayti.
I'm also an Artist/Illustrator that specializes in pet portraiture. I thought I'd share a few Boston portraits I did over the past few months. You can never have enough dog art, imo.
I also handcraft unique domino jewelry featuring my illustrations, but will refrain from posting because I don't want it being taken the wrong way. I'm not here for advertising.
