My husband and I have differing opinions as to kenneling at night. He says our Bostons' kennels should not be covered because they need to see what's going on. I have always thought covering their kennels gives them a sense of ownership of their separate kennels and keeps out any annoying sights or sounds for a peaceful sleep. Any thoughts?
hi and welcome!
i have always coverd up the kennel. it gives the pup a safe feeling. my kennel was also coverd at the daytime. it's known that wild dogs and wolfs are born in a dark hole. by covering the kennel you create the same idea and makes the pup feel safe!
