D'oh! Waits to "go" inside?!?!

We have a 10wk old BT who is a generally great little dog. We also have a Great Dane... Create training has gone really well, and as long as she can see us at night she sleeps right thru with no whinning or crying...
HOWEVER,
Potty training is going to be the death of me.

We have had Lola (pickle) camping and outdoors constantly and we praise her excitedly each time we see her pee or poop outdoors, to no avail. As soon as she is in the house she runs to "hide" out of view eg: under the couch or in a corner out of sight and immediately does her business.
The morning when she woke up I took her directly outside. She stayed there for almost 2 hours... played with my daughter and the Great Dane. My daughter accidentally let her in the house for less then 2 min and Lola ran directly to the corner and pooped... then to another corner when I caught up to her and was peeing...
I'm exasperated. HELP PLEASE!!!

She's just peed in the house again after a 30min play time outside... and I'm finding little quarter sized pees all over the place? She was just at the vet last week?! I'm past knowing how to deal with this.

Well, she is hiding because she knows that you won't be pleased with the results, so are you getting mad at her or anxious when she has an accident? If so, just don't have a reaction, just take her immediately outside. Make sure you are giving her the yummiest treats possible (boiled chicken, ham, cheese, hot dogs - all very small pieces) to reward her when she goes outside and stay out there until she does something. We usually just took a walk around the neighborhood an hour after ours ate and drank and that seemed to help. But, you really need to have a schedule. Keep in mind that a dog can only hold its bladder for its age in months plus or minus one hour - safe to go on the minus assumption. Food should not be available all the time, nor should water until they are housebroken. With young puppies, I started to take them out once an hour at first to get them accustomed to going outside, then gradually started to increase it. Potty bells are also a great investment and you teach your dog to ring them when you say go outside. Before you know it, they will do it on their own, but you need to go out immediately when they do that. It only takes one accident for them to return to the bad habits and you having to start over. Attaching a leash to your waist and having the puppy by your side will help stop the process of having accidents away from you. Just stick with your training and things will get better! Good Luck!
