For some reason, Jake went completely nuts a few weeks ago and decided that it would be a good idea to eat his crate tray. I must have checked at six or seven pet stores and I didn't find a single one that sold crate trays individually.

I finally found a store online called Mighty Pets that sells a variety of sizes and I just got Jake's new one yesterday afternoon. This thing is SOLID and there's no way in hell he'll be able to chew through this one.

When Jake used to ROUTINELY poop and pee in his crate, I just hosed the crate tray down with soap and water.

A woman at the pet store recommended a product called Nature's Miracle because it was entirely non-toxic and was supposed to neutralize all odor, but honestly, hot soap and water seemed to do the trick just fine.

To clean it I would use Method products (you can buy them at Target) they are safe for animals, pregnant women and children and good for the environment

I use it to clean my floors when Oz has an accident...

My wife *loves* those products too.

We're getting ready to move into a new house, and as we were walking through Target the other day she pointed out about 10 different Method products that she wants to buy once we move.

Granite Cleaner, Floor Cleaner, Wood Floor Cleaner, General Cleaner, Floor Mops, etc., etc.

I'm Bryan's wife and I do love the Method products!! I have been gradually switching over, and it is so great that they are safe for pups!
Duke, our 8 yr old, has had an occasional seizure and the vet informed us that they sometimes can be chemical induced. He advised to STAY AWAY from Hartz products!!!!
Do you recommend a carpet cleaner for peepee spots? I have a tried a million products, but there are a couple of stubborn spots that just don't want to disappear!!

I know what you mean...the products are fantastic...I used to be a tester/advocate for them
I just use the all purpose cleaner in Pink Grapefruit to clean any pee accidents...but my area carpet is dark and so its easily hidden and the rest is hard wood floors...so as for stains I'm not sure which method product would get them out...I checked the website and I didn't see anything specifically for carpet.

But doesn't the oMop look fabulous?? I think I'm going to get it...

I definitely want the oMop!! We are moving at the end of April, and our new house will be mostly hard wood, so I want to start off with the right cleaners! So, i will probably buy the products for wood and all-purpose!!

Let us know how that mop works out for you. I have engineered wood floors in my house and after trying over a dozen mops and cleaning products, I've yet to find even ONE that doesn't streak the wood.

I've actually given up on the hunt and just stick to sweeping now
