Default Nothing is stopping him from biting - 04-23-2008, 02:17 PM

my puppy is 10 weeks old, when we first brought him home two weeks ago he was this sweet docile little puppy, but about 5 days after that he has turned into a little TERROR! He constantly tries to bite us when we are petting him and trying to play with him, sometimes he lunges at our faces. Now I understand he is just a puppy, but he knows sit and lay down already so I don't understand why he does not understand NO BITE! I have tried holding his muzzle, pinning him, bitter apple all over my hands and arms (which works for about 5 minutes), yelping like a wounded puppy (which he loves and thinks is a great game) then ignoring him, replacing our extremities with toys to chew and have now resorted to squirting him with a water gun which he also loves! When will he grow out of this and is there any other options that I have not found yet?
