Default Can Boston Terriers get COLDS?

Hello My Lilly does the reverse sneeze sometimes, but last 2 days she has been doing it alot, like 3 or 4 times a day. And her nose has been running a little. She sounds a little stuffy sometimes. Can Bostons get colds? She is a little over a 1 1/2 years old.
    Thanks
    Aileen

All dogs can get colds, there is Kennel Cough which is like a cold, there is Canine Influenza which is the dog flu...they can also get respiratory issues like upper respiratory infections and even pneumonia...they can get seasonal allergies which can cause respiratory issues such as reverse sneeze. You could try some Benadryl to see if that helps clear her up, seems a lot of dogs are having allergy issues recently due to odd weather..depending on where you live.
