Oh my god I knoowww!! Bruiser has been on so many different foods already and still trying to find one that works for him. Yeah I agree vet food doesn't do to well, at least not on my dog. What kind of food is Simon on? They had me try the T/D and that didn't sit well with him. After surgery they had him on I/D for GI and that was alright. Hope you can find a good food for him, I don't know if you'd feel comfortable trying totw but a lot of Boston's do really well on it. None of their products were positive for Salmonella it was just a pre caution. Either way its a looong process of trial & error. Good luck with finding the right food <3

- I'm also adding canned pumpkin to his meal to help harden him up. Also this supplement called DE from Totem Farms, it's really good for them. =)

Yeah thanks for the tips. Because of the Diamond recall they also removed TOTW and lots of other brands for precautionary measures, but yes ever since then I am looking into another food. I agree stomach issues are very hard to deal with! I just bought the Acana duck & pear limited ingredient so the transition will take aprox 3 weeks soo we'll go from there. Good choice with the probiotic =)

Hey thanks for the comment. Yeah it was a really stressful time.. Financially and emotionally for sure. And since they had him on the I/D for GI , he wasn't drinking ANY water for two weeks while he was at home. So we needed to bring him to the vet almost everyday for fluids. Now he's back on his old totw kibble but isn't doing well so I need to switch something to sensitive stomachs but with the whole recall I'm unsure as to what would be best now.. do you have any suggestions on that? Sorry for the novel <3
