Default Are puppy mills actual "mills"?

Just a question. Are puppy mills actual mills? Like full breeding stations outdoors or can they be done indoors (in your own home) as well? For example in a bedroom. Also how many dogs used in breeding or dogs owned can a person have in order for it to be truly called a "puppy mill". Are regular backyard breeders also called puppy mills? Sorry if this doesnt make sense.

yeah where a mass quantity of dogs in different breeds are just there in their respective cages to produce pups that somtimes have genetic health issues, bad temperaments, undesired markings or conformations on its breed standards and lastly poor health of the dogs,,sad to say that kind of things is actually happening,,poor dogs an intention of just producing not that good quality offsprings which in the end will still suffer from neglction, health isues and abandonment because of that puppymills!! im against that here in the philippines animal welfare is lacking too bad, thats why we as an animal activists strives for the better for animal welfares

Our Pee-wee was a shaker as well.
The sexy corsets should be easy and stylish instead of being big and swollen.

Yeah they're basically breeding farms where the products are puppies. The dogs are typically kept pregnant as often as possible, treated horribly, and live in unsanitary conditions.
