Hi I am new to this forum and new to owning a Boston Terrier, I adopted Nellie about 1 month ago she is 6 years old, and a good little dog. Doesn't bark much, loves to go on walks, however not if it is raining. One question she seems to focus way too much attention (crouching down and staring) at other dogs she meets while on walks, this puts the other dogs off right at the start. Then it turns into a staring match, and usually the other dogs will bark or growl then I pull back, but she is not aggressive to dogs at the dog park. How can I stop this from happening, there are so many dogs out walking now and I want to have a nice enjoyable walk. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I must admit I am not new to dog ownership just to this breed.
